01 Workshops

Three workshops. Pick where your business actually is.

Not where you would like it to be, and not where a vendor says it should be. The levels differ by how much building your team does in the room.

02 The three levels

Level 1 is a meeting. Level 3 is a decision.

The difference is not how much AI you get. It is how much of the building your team does in the room, and who needs to be there for it to be worth the day.

Level 1

AI Essentials: Three Capabilities You Keep

90 minutes

Public seat
$129/person
Private session
$2,200

Who it is for. The owner who has heard about AI and wants to know what is real.

What you leave with. Three capabilities you can use this week.

Ninety minutes, no slideware marathon. We show you what these capabilities actually do on your own work, and you leave able to run three of them on Monday.

Level 3

AI Leadership Intensive

Full day

Public seat
$749/person
Private session
$11,250

Who it is for. Leadership deciding where AI fits in the business.

What you leave with. A roadmap and a way to measure it.

A full day with the people who decide. We work through where this belongs in your business, what it costs, what it saves, and how you will know whether it worked.

03 Side by side

What is different between them.

The prices are on this page because you should be able to work out what this costs without calling anyone. Most businesses start at Level 1 or Level 2.

  • $250 to $300 per hourExecutive advisory
  • $125 to $150 per hourNonprofit rate

Two-hour minimum in person.

04 Questions

Before you book

Do you come to us?

Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. Private sessions run at your office anywhere in Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, or Longmont at no travel charge. Further out we will quote travel separately before you commit. Public seats run at a venue in Loveland or Fort Collins.

What tools do we need before the workshop?

Nothing bought in advance. Bring laptops and whatever accounts you already have. Part of the session is working out which paid tools are worth it for your business and which free ones are enough, and for some businesses the honest answer is that the free tier covers it for now.

Is this a software pitch?

No. We do not resell software, we take no referral commissions from any vendor, and we have no product to sell you afterwards. If a tool you already pay for does the job, we will say so and you will save the subscription.

Do you offer continuing education credit?

Not yet. Accreditation for real estate and insurance CE is something we are looking at for 2027, and we would rather say no now than imply it is coming. If CE credit is the reason you would book, tell us, because it affects how we prioritize it.

What if half my team is skeptical?

Good. Skeptical rooms produce better sessions than enthusiastic ones, because the objections come out where they can be answered. The people who worry this is hype are usually the ones who spot the workflows that actually matter.

What happens if it does not work for us?

If you get to the end of a private session and your team cannot name a workflow worth running, tell us before you pay the invoice and we will not send it. That has not happened yet, and we would rather carry the risk than argue about it afterwards.

05 Next step

Tell us the week you want back.

Describe what is eating your time. We will tell you which level fits, or that none of them do.
