01 Level 1

AI Essentials: Three Capabilities You Keep

Ninety minutes, no slideware marathon. We show you what these capabilities actually do on your own work, and you leave able to run three of them on Monday.

02 The shape of it

Who it is for, and what you leave with.

The owner who has heard about AI and wants to know what is real.

You leave with: Three capabilities you can use this week.

Nothing here is theory for its own sake. Every part of the session is aimed at something you can run the following week, and the last block is always spent writing down what happens next and who owns it.

03 Agenda

What happens, block by block.

  1. 0:00

What is real and what is marketing

A plain tour of what the current tools do well, where they fail, and how to tell the difference without a technical background.

  2. 0:20

Three capabilities, run live on your work

We take a real task from someone in the room and do it in front of everyone. Drafting, summarizing, and cleaning up messy information.

  3. 0:55

    Where your hours are going

A short exercise that finds the repetitive work in your week. Most rooms surface 5 to 10 hours per person.

  4. 1:15

    Your 30-day action plan

You write it, we help. One workflow, one owner, one date. You keep the prompt library we used.

04 How we work

How the work continues.

Most training vendors deliver a deck and leave. The difference is the fourth step, and the fact that we are 20 minutes away when it needs adjusting.

  1. Discover

We sit with your team and watch the actual work. Where the hours go, which steps repeat, and which ones only look repetitive.

  2. Design

We pick the one or two workflows worth doing first and design them around your process, including the review step that keeps them honest.

  3. Deploy

Your team builds it with us and runs it on real work before we leave. Nothing ships that nobody in the room can operate.

  4. Optimize

We check back. What held up, what drifted, what the team stopped using and why. Then we adjust it.

05 Book it

Book the AI Essentials.

Tell us the date you have in mind and roughly who will be in the room. If a different level fits your team better we will say so before you pay for this one.

Not sure yet? The free readiness assessment is a short form and a written reply, no call required.

Book this workshop

90 minutes, private at your office or a public seat when the next date is set.

Online booking is being set up. Until it is live, either of these reaches us directly and gets you the same 20 minutes.

07 Next step

Let's get a date on the calendar.

Tell us what your week looks like. We will tell you honestly whether this helps, and what it would cost.
