The review step is the part most teams skip and the part that decides whether this holds up. We build yours and practice it.

You leave with a documented library your team owns, named owners for each workflow, and a written plan with dates.

How the work continues.
Most training vendors deliver a deck and leave. The difference is the fourth step, and the fact that we are 20 minutes away when it needs adjusting.

We sit with your team and watch the actual work. Where the hours go, which steps repeat, and which ones only look repetitive.

We pick the one or two workflows worth doing first and design them around your process, including the review step that keeps them honest.

Your team builds it with us and runs it on real work before we leave. Nothing ships that nobody in the room can operate.

We check back. What held up, what drifted, what the team stopped using and why. Then we adjust it.
